Return & Refund Policy

     All our products are custom-made. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. We can assist with changes to order details, including style, size, and color. Once production of the order has begun, modifications cannot be made. Due to the customized nature of the products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if buyers mistakenly choose the wrong style, size, or color at the time of purchase, as these items cannot be resold once produced.

Return or Exchange Policy:

Before sending out any products, we conduct quality control checks. However, in the event of the following errors, we will gladly replace the product or provide a refund free of charge:

  • Unclear or missing printed image.
  • Printed image not centered on the t-shirt.
  • Package received does not match the order information.
  • Product damaged during shipping.
  • Other errors caused by us.

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us via email or through our website, providing photos of the error and your order number. Once we confirm the problem, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your account using the original payment method.

Note: Returns or refunds are only accepted if the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, within 30 days of receiving the package.
