Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

      Due to the nature of our custom products, it requires some time for printing, drying, and preparing the shipment of your t-shirts, hoodies, and long sleeves. All clothing orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

     We ship to every country and region worldwide, using trusted international carriers to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your packages to their destinations.

     We partner with major international shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, EMS, and China Post Air Mail, offering four shipping options. However, at the moment, we only provide standard shipping.

     United States: Standard Shipping - 7-10 business days Cost: $3.9

     International:  Standard Shipping - 9-15 business days Cost: $5.9

During the checkout process, you can select your preferred shipping method on the order information page.

3. Order tracking

     Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received a confirmation email or tracking link, kindly double-check your email, including your spam/junk folder, to see if there are any missed order notifications. If your package arrives with product damage during transit, please contact us within 14 business days after delivery. Kindly send us photos of the damaged product via email. Once we have verified the damage, we will resend you a replacement of the same product.

In the event of a lost package during transit, after verifying the information with the shipping company, we will either resend you an identical package or provide a refund (refunds will be issued back to your original payment method).

4. Impact of Holidays on Shipping:

     China observes several public holidays throughout the year, including Chinese New Year (typically in February), Labor Day (May 1st), and Chinese National Day (October 1st). Please note that during these times, all delivery times are affected due to service interruptions from our suppliers and logistics operators. Typically, there will be a delay of 3-4 days, sometimes even longer. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays during this period and kindly ask our customers for their patience.

     Due to weight and size limitations imposed by Hong Kong Post, not all items are eligible. Certain packages can only be shipped via standard shipping. If you have any special shipping requirements, please email us at contact@momoclothes.com.


Certain shipping companies have restrictions on transporting specific items. If your order contains such items for your chosen carrier, we will rearrange your order with an alternative carrier to ensure its safe delivery. This may require an additional business day.
